She is know for her hair being plaited into two long, pretty pigtails, which are often being pulled by Paul, much to her annoyance and disgust. In her book chapter she wants to sell her toes, seeing no use for them. Louis tries to buy them but he gives her a bad deal, she says no and Louis asks to cut her hair for a dollar, she screams at him and says no right away. Leslie's pigtails are oddly enough pulled by Rondi in wayside movie. Leslie is shown being a bit tomboyish in the books. She becomes friends with Paul after he says sorry for pulling her pigtails and in the book he falls out a window and Leslie not wanting her friend to die let's Paul hang onto her hair and she pulled him up. Leslie was selfless in the book when mr.Gorf took her classmates voices away. She took action and wrote"HELP" on a paper airplane to sent to Louis. She failed but showed being brave and selfless. She has a cute pet cat named Pajamas. Paul went to the consoler to help with his problem with being Leslie's pigtails. He hypnotized Paul into thinking when he tried to grab her hair, it would turn into a rattle snake. When Leslie says "pencil" Paul thinks her ears are candy and tries to eat them. Appearance
Leslie is a skinny girl with waist length bubble pigtails, in the book brown but in everything else she has purple hair. She has sharp buck teeth and a bit of bangs across her forehead. She has freckles and fair skin. She has a pink shirt and purple skirt and a pink bow in her hair.
